The Happy Couple

OUR STORY

How we got here

A boy from the Bay

met an Avalon girl one day

the first time he saw her

his heart sailed away

she pulled up in her Pontiac G5 with grace

He grinned ear to ear on the step of 17 Meeker Place

She a young nurse with a future so bright

he an engineer dreaming of building things right

Both smitten from the start ''love at first sight''

Their first date commenced, O'Rielly's for moose nachos and a pint

First date done-Victoria just couldn't wait

she asked for a second right out the gate

she smartened him up as the years rolled along

and convinced him to get not one..but two puppy dogs!

He loves all the toys- boats, bikes, engines that roar

She rolls her eyes but always says "okay, just one ride more"

Between all the laughter, hard work and good cheer

It felt like a blink, but it's been over ten years

So here they are now finally saying "I do"

though truth be told, it is nothing brand new

Over a decade of adventure and love tried and true

The wedding just makes it offical for these two!

Wedding Party

No bridemaids dressed in matching hue

No groomsmens standing in a que

No grand production, no wedding fuss

That's just not really 'very us'
